Recording your name

Access the User Options menu (Options > User> enter password)

Select voicemail on the User options Menu

Select Record Name on the Vociemail Options menu

Lift handset and prepare to make recording

Select the Rec softkey, speak your name and select the Stop softkey, or hangup

Perform the following actions:

Select the Play softkey to listen to your recording

Select the Save softkey and the Ok softkey to save recording

Select the Rec softkey again to re-record your name

Select the Exit softkey to display the previous menu, or press the phone/exit button
