From the start of our phone conversion process to the completion, working with D&S Technologies was an easy process. St. John Paul II Parish have been very happy with D&S Technologies and the support we have received from them.

Two years ago the Basilica Friars and staff worked with D&S Technologies to move our phone system from landline to VoIP. The transition was seamless and we are very happy with our new system. Tom stays in contact, answering questions and just checking in. Joe is always available for technical questions. Excellent installation and equally excellent customer service! Selecting D&S to upgrade our entire phone system was a great investment that has continued to pay dividends for our parish and school. From the start of our conversion process to completion, the team at D&S Technologies were responsive, informative and invested in helping our school and parish resolve the numerous issues with our outdated system. We could tell that they were more focused on resolving our issues than about “closing the deal.”

The various features- such as caller ID, remote access with the Corenexa app, Business SMS Texting, and Visual Voicemail (sends an audio file to email)- allow us to be accessible while also maintaining privacy. Our Pastor loves the Business SMS Texting feature – it allows him to give parishioners direct access to call or text him while maintaining his privacy. Our school loves the ability to make announcements to specific classrooms without using the PA system. Teachers also love having a direct line that they can provide to parents without using their personal cell phone.

D&S has been prompt and efficient with handling any connectivity or clarity issues, going the extra mile to review the call log to locate the problem. Recently, they were instrumental in the success of our Phone-A-Thon for our Archdiocesan Capital Campaign, providing us with six additional handsets to use temporarily so volunteers could make calls on our behalf.

St. Boniface Congregation is a parish and school. We have been customers of D&S Technologies for two years. From day one we have been extremely impressed with their professional demeanor. D&S Technologies implemented an internet-based phone system that is very easy to operate and has remote access as we have several physical locations. They were very timely with their work, and we have used them for other IT technologies. When needed they provide an actual person to come to our location(s) and assist our staff with any concerns. D&S Technologies is local, family owned and responsive, Its nice our calls are answered locally and they are very timely with solutions.

After struggling with a national VoIP provider for about a year, we decided to see what D&S Technologies could offer. Every facet of their services is better. Dropped calls are non-existent, call quality is vastly improved and they offer more features that are easier to access and implement than our old service. All of that AND they are less expensive. We’ve already saved thousands of dollars and avoided many, many hours of aggravation by moving from old provider to D&S.

The team at D&S Technologies has the expertise to guide me along the way when I needed to update my office network and office phones. They made it easy! Highly recommended.
