Change Park & Hold Times:
If you set this time, it determines how long a call will be parked or held, before ringing back the user who parked or put the caller on hold.
- Open Manager.
- Double Click on System.
- Click on the Telephony tab.
- Select either Hold Timeout or Park Timeout and enter a new time (remember this is in seconds).
- Click OK when changes are finished.
- Save the configuration. (this will require a reboot)
