I want to change how long a call stays on hold before ringing me back

Change Park & Hold Times:

If you set this time, it determines how long a call will be parked or held, before ringing back the user who parked or put the caller on hold.

  • Open Manager.
  • Double Click on System.
  • Click on the Telephony tab.
  • Select either Hold Timeout or Park Timeout and enter a new time (remember this is in seconds).
  • Click OK when changes are finished.
  • Save the configuration.   (this will require a reboot)
