Forward Calls to an external number on One-X

To forward calls to your extension, to an external number, you need to set up call forwarding.

Select the “Cfwd” soft key

Select “All Calls” or “After 3 Rings”

Select the “Chg” softkey

Enter the number to which calls will be forwarded

Select the “Next” softkey

Select the “Save” softkey

Select the “Exit” softkey, or press the phone/exit button
