For Partner mail VS (all releases except Rel 5):
- Dial Intercom 777, or press the “get mail” button.
- Dial 99#
- Dial Password (1234 is the default).
- Dial 9 (you will not be prompted for this).
- Dial 3 for Auto attnedant programming.
- Dial 1 for day menu, or 2 for night menu.
- Dial 6 to modify the menu
- You will be prompted to enter a selector code, just press *(star), #(pound)
- Dial 1 to modify the menu prompt.
- Lift handset and dial 1 to record. Dial 1 when finished.
- Dial 21 to re-record, 23 to listen, or *(star), #(pound) to save menu.
For Partner Mail VS rel 5:

- Dial the Auto attendant you wish to modify (1-4)
- Dial 1 for day menu, or 2 for night menu.
- Dial 6 to modify the menu
- You will be prompted to enter a selector code, just press *(star), #(pound)
- Dial 1 to modify the menu prompt.
- Lift handset and dial 1 to record. Dial 1 when finished.
- Dial 21 to re-record, 23 to listen, or *(star), #(pound) to save menu.
