Selecting D&S to upgrade our entire phone system was a great investment that has continued to pay dividends for our parish and school. From the start of our conversion process to completion, the team at D&S Technologies were responsive, informative and invested in helping our school and parish resolve the numerous issues with our outdated system. We could tell that they were more focused on resolving our issues than about “closing the deal.”
The various features- such as caller ID, remote access with the Corenexa app, Business SMS Texting, and Visual Voicemail (sends an audio file to email)- allow us to be accessible while also maintaining privacy. Our Pastor loves the Business SMS Texting feature – it allows him to give parishioners direct access to call or text him while maintaining his privacy. Our school loves the ability to make announcements to specific classrooms without using the PA system. Teachers also love having a direct line that they can provide to parents without using their personal cell phone.
D&S has been prompt and efficient with handling any connectivity or clarity issues, going the extra mile to review the call log to locate the problem. Recently, they were instrumental in the success of our Phone-A-Thon for our Archdiocesan Capital Campaign, providing us with six additional handsets to use temporarily so volunteers could make calls on our behalf.
